Personal Exercise Program November

Personal Exercise Program November. In the month of November is approaching summer in Queensland Australian. My morning exercise walk around 5.30 6 or 7am entails a distance of 5 kilometers through various streets and a park. On return I go to the 25meter swimming pool in the complex where we live and swim for 30 minutes.

Once swimming is completed I return home and shower myself and then prepare my healthy breakfast.
